a sun & (a moon)

twisted souls
like a tree
we’ll see
what becomes of me
through these leaves
the sun will peer
and cast long shadows
by which we steer
(leave?)
no, I will wait and see
what it is
that becomes of me
when the shadows set
and the blue moon is free
cold besets
and dragons breath
cause in these moments
you and me,
will come to grips
with what I bleed
and in my eye
you will understand
that part of me is man
and part, something else
that loathes
tears
rampages
kills
something else entirely
something, outside of me
and if you will,
would to have me
you must comprehend
that it’s all me.
